My name is Sara Darbar and I'm a sophomore at Vanderbilt! I'm originally from Nashville, Tennessee and am majoring in Child Development and would like to go to medical school. I have two younger brothers who you could say were my first, unwilling, students. I'm so excited to be one of the teachers this year and hopefully you guys are more willing to learn than my brothers were!
Can't wait to meet y'all! |
My name is Anjelica Saulsberry, and I am sophomore at Vanderbilt! I am a pre-med student majoring in Neuroscience with a minor in Child Development and hopefully African-American History. We are going to have a BLAST! |

Girls, we are truly sorry that we have yet to meet. The first class we failed to call the correct class! Last week, (Oct 4) was our spring break, and we incorrectly assumed class would not be held. I know that you guys are ready to start class, and we are as well. We are looking forward to getting everything started this week. See you then! We can't wait to learn all about your families!

November 30
For next class, students will be asked to create their own "madlibs" story. Don't forget to include a noun, verb, adjective, adverb and pronoun!
Here is the story we created in class:
We are sending you this boy to warn you of our intent to slowly invade your planet. We will attack carefully. We will not hurt anyone with chair. You can do nothing to stop us. Do not make the mistake of thinking that Jack can stop us. As pretty as this human is, we have developed strategies to overcome his power. After we defeat you, we plan to work around like a intelligent dog. Prepare to be humiliated by our helpful force of books. Good luck ! Not really….
Sincerely,
The Aliens.
